The Aiken Writing Project Annotated Bibliography

Welcome to the Aiken Writing Project's online annotated bibliography. During each Summer Institute, participants will work collaboratively to develop and edit this annotated bibliography.

Navigating the Bibliography (Consultants and Guests)

  • Use the outline below to navigate the "chapters" of the annotated bibliography.
  • You can use click on the "printer friendly version" link if you would like to print specific chapters.

Creating Content (Consultants)

  • Click on the chapter to which you would like to add an article. From that page, click on edit and add your article alphabetically by the first word in your entry.
  • If you think the bibliography needs a chapter dedicated to an area of interest, please let us know. We will be happy to add chapters as we go along. In the meantime, please feel free to explore and contribute.
  • Please use the works cited format prescribed by the Modern Language Association for each article you post.
  • For online articles, highlight the bibliographic information and click on the "add link" icon above the word processing window. If you are linking to articles found through the USC Aiken online databases, please use the link provided by the database labeled "Stable URL" fo "Persistent URL."
